Renovations

• 27 State Street, Charleston. Brush Construction renovated a 200-year-old building that served as a studio apartment and turned it into a beautiful art gallery in the middle of Charleston's art community.
  
  
• 1003 Casseque Province, Mount Pleasant. Renovations to this home included a remodeled kitchen, bedroom and porch. Brush Construction also enlarged the home's den and reworked a rear deck and patio.

Restorations

• 24 Chalmers Street, Charleston. An old photo was key in providing architectual detail that allow Brush Construction to return the exterior of this historic property to its original condition.
